PROMOTION REGULATIONS
Summer Magic Sale

 

1. [General Provisions]

  1. These terms of the Summer Magic Sale Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Regulations) define the conditions of participation, rights granted to persons participating in the Summer Magic Sale Promotion, and the obligations of the Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion).
  2. The Organizer of the Promotion is Smartino sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (postal code: 02-993) at 78 Syta Street, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000383843, NIP 5213597935, with a share capital of 50,000.00 PLN (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  3. Customers who meet the conditions for participation in the Promotion become participants in the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as Participants).
  4. The terms used in these Regulations shall have the following meanings:
    1. Club Member – an adult natural person with full legal capacity who is a registered user of the Online Store and additionally registered in the LM Family under the terms specified in the “La Millou Family” Program Regulations;
    2. Account – user account of the Online Store;
    3. LM Family – La Millou Family loyalty program;
    4. Products – all La Millou brand products available in the Online Store;
    5. “La Millou Family” Program Regulations – regulations of the “La Millou Family” Program available at https://www.lamillou.com/en/club-la-millou-family;
    6. Online Store Regulations – regulations of the Online Store available at https://www.lamillou.com/en/terms-and-conditions ;
    7. Online Store – online store operated by the Organizer at https://www.lamillou.com/en/
    8. Order – a declaration of will by the Participant aimed directly at concluding a sales contract for the Product with the Organizer.

 

2. [Promotion Period]

  1. The Promotion is valid from:
    1. June 19, 2024, at 00:01 to June 25, 2024, at 23:59 for Participants who are Club Members;
    2. June 20, 2024, at 00:01 to June 25, 2024, at 23:59 for all other Participants who are not Club Members;
      (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Duration).

 

3. [Subject of the Promotion and Conditions for Participation]

  1. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge (i.e., purchasing Products within the Promotion does not require any additional costs beyond paying the Price of the Products subject to the Promotion and the costs chosen by the Customer, including delivery costs).
  2. To participate in the Promotion, you must, during the Promotion Duration:
    1. read and accept these Promotion Regulations;
    2. in the case of sales conducted via the Online Store: (i) add Products participating in the Promotion to the Cart; (ii) place an Order; and (iii) pay for the Products;
  3. For Participants who are not Club Members:
    1. all La Millou brand Products from the Organizer during the Promotion Duration will be reduced by up to 60% of their price before the Promotion started;
    2. taking advantage of the Promotion does not require the use of a code. La Millou Products offered by the Organizer will be automatically discounted during the Promotion Duration;
  4. For Participants who are Club Members:
    1. Club Members, in addition to the Promotion conditions specified in point III.3 above of these Promotion Regulations, are entitled to an additional discount of 5% of the Order value. The additional 5% discount will be applied:
      1. in the case of sales via the Online Store – automatically after the Participant logs into their Account on the Website and adds Products to the cart;
    2. The Promotion combines with other promotions, discounts, rebates, sales actions, special price or product offers valid in the Online Store unless the terms of such promotion, discount, rebate, sales action, special price, or product offer state otherwise.
    3. The subject of the Promotion is not exchangeable for cash or any other means of payment and is non-transferable.

 

4. [Complaints]

  1. All complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by Participants, in particular via email to bok@lamillou.com or to the address of the Organizer indicated in the Order content (hereinafter referred to as the Complaint) no later than 30 days from the end of the Promotion Duration.
  2. The Complaint should include the first and last name, exact address of the complainant, date and place of the event which the claim concerns, as well as a detailed description and reason for the complaint and the content of the claim.
  3. The Organizer will respond to the Complaint without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of its submission.
  4. Complaints are reviewed by the Organizer in particular based on the provisions of these Promotion Regulations.

 

5. [Final Provisions]

  1. The Regulations are available at the Organizer's office and in the Online Store.
  2. Participants' personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable regulations in this regard. Detailed information about the personal data processed by the Organizer, including in particular the purposes of processing and the rights of data subjects, are specified in the Privacy Policy available on the Website at https://www.lamillou.com/en/privacy-policy.
  3. In matters not regulated by these Promotion Regulations, the provisions of the Online Store Regulations apply accordingly.

Happy Children's Day

1. [General Provisions]

  1. These conditions of the Happy Children's Day Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Regulations) specify the conditions of participation, the rights of individuals participating in the Happy Children's Day Promotion, and the obligations of the Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion).
  2. The Organizer of the Promotion is Smartino sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (postal code: 02-993) at Syta Street 78, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000383843, NIP 5213597935, share capital 50,000.00 PLN (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  3. Customers who meet the participation conditions of the Promotion become participants in the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as Participants).
  4. The terms used in these Regulations should be understood as follows:
    1. Club Member – an adult natural person with full legal capacity, who is a registered user of the Online Store and additionally registered in the LM Family under the conditions specified in the "La Millou Family" Program Regulations;
    2. Account – the user account of the Online Store;
    3. LM Family – the La Millou Family loyalty program;
    4. Products – all products from the commercial offer available in the Online Store;
    5. "La Millou Family" Program Regulations – the regulations of the "La Millou Family" Program available at https://www.lamillou.com/en/club-la-millou-family ;
    6. Online Store Regulations – the regulations of the Online Store available at https://www.lamillou.com/pl/regulamin ;
    7. Online Store – the online store operated by the Organizer at www.lamillou.com;
    8. Order – the Participant's declaration of intent aimed directly at concluding a product sales agreement with the Organizer.

 

2 .  [Promotion Duration]

  1. The Promotion covers Products offered through the Online Store.
  2. The Promotion is valid from: May 27, 2024, 09:00 AM to June 1, 2024, 11:59 AM for all Participants of the Promotion;
    (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Duration).

 

3. [Subject of the Promotion and Conditions of Participation]

  1. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge (i.e., purchasing Products within the Promotion does not require the Participant to incur additional costs beyond the payment of the Price of the Products subject to the Promotion and the costs chosen by the Customer, including delivery costs).
  2. To participate in the Promotion, during the Promotion Duration, you need to:
    1. familiarize yourself with and accept these Promotion Regulations;
    2. in the case of sales conducted through the Online Store: (i) add Products participating in the Promotion to the Cart; (ii) place an Order; and (iii) pay for the Products;
  1. For Participants who are not Club Members:
    1. all Organizer's Products during the Promotion Duration will be discounted by 20% in relation to their price before the Promotion's effective date;
    2. taking advantage of the Promotion does not require the use of a code. Products offered by the Organizer will be automatically discounted during the Promotion Duration.
  1. For Participants who are Club Members:
    1. Club Members, regardless of the conditions of the Promotion specified in point III, paragraph 3 of these Promotion Regulations, are entitled to an additional discount of 5% of the Order value. The additional 5% discount will be applied:
      1. in the case of sales through the Online Store - automatically after the Participant logs into the Account available on the Website and adds Products to the cart;
  1. The Promotion can be combined with other promotions, discounts, rebates, reductions, special promotional offers, or product offers that are valid in the Online Store, unless the conditions of such a promotion, discount, rebate, reduction, special promotional offer, or product offer state otherwise.
  2. The subject of the Promotion is not exchangeable for cash or any other payment method and is non-transferable.

4. [Complaints]

  1. All complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted by Participants in particular by electronic means to the email address bok@lamillou.com or to the Organizer's address indicated in the Order details (hereinafter referred to as Complaint) no later than 30 days after the end of the Promotion Duration.
  2. The Complaint should include the name and surname, exact address of the complainant, date and place of the event the claim concerns, as well as a detailed description and reason for the complaint and the content of the request.
  3. The Organizer shall respond to the Complaint immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of its submission.
  4. Complaints are considered by the Organizer in particular based on the provisions of these Promotion Regulations.

 

5. [Final Provisions]

  1. The Regulations are available at the Organizer's registered office, in the Online Store.
  2. Participants' personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable regulations in this regard. Detailed information about the personal data processed by the Organizer, including in particular the purposes of processing and the rights of data subjects, are specified in the Privacy Policy available on the Website at https://www.lamillou.com/pl/polityka-prywatnosci.
  3. For matters not regulated in these Promotion Regulations, the provisions of the Online Store Regulations shall apply accordingly.

SHOES SALE

I. General provisions

1. These terms and conditions of the SHOES SALE Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Regulations) specify the conditions of participation, rights of persons participating in the SHOES SALE  Promotion and the obligations of the Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion).
2. The Promotion Organizer is Smartino sp. z o. o. based in Warsaw (code: 02-993) at ul. Syta 78, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS number 0000383843, NIP 5213597935, share capital PLN 50,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
3. Customers who meet the participation conditions may participate in the Promotion in the Promotion become participants of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as Participants).
4. The expressions listed below used in these Regulations should be given the following meanings:
a. Club Member - an adult natural person with full legal capacity, who is a registered user of the Online Store and additionally registered in LM Family under the terms specified in the Regulations of the "La Millou Family" Program;
b. Account – online store user account;
c. LM Family – La Millou Family loyalty program;
d. Products - all products from the SHOES MOONIE’S range (children's footwear: https://www.lamillou.com/en/outdoor-shoes-moonie-s) available in the online store.;
e. Regulations of the "La Millou Family" Program - regulations of the "La Millou Family" Program available at https://www.lamillou.com/en/lm-family-terms-conditions;
f. Regulations of the Online Store - regulations of the Online Store available at https://www.lamillou.com/en/terms-and-conditions  ;
g. Online Store - online store run by the Organizer at https://www.lamillou.com/en/
h. Order - the Participant's declaration of will aimed directly at concluding a Product sales contract with the Organizer.
 

II. Date and place of the Promotion

1. The promotion is conducted on the territory of the Republic of Poland. The Promotion covers Products offered via the Online Store and in the Stationary Store;
2. The promotion is valid from:
a. 03.04.2024 at 12:00 to 12:00 PM until further notice (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Duration).
 

III. Subject of the Promotion and conditions of participation in the Promotion

1. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge (i.e. the purchase of Products under the Promotion does not require the Promotion Participant to incur additional costs apart from paying the Price of the Products subject to the Promotion and the costs selected by the Customer, including delivery costs).
2. To take part in the Promotion, during the Promotion Period you must:
a. read and accept these Promotion Regulations;
b. in the case of sales conducted via the Online Store: (i) add the Products participating in the Promotion to the Cart; (ii) place an Order; and (iii) payment for the Products;
3. As part of the Promotion for Participants who are not Club Members:
a. Organizer's Products SHOES MOONIE’S range (children's footwear: https://www.lamillou.com/en/outdoor-shoes-moonie-s )during the Promotion Period will be reduced by up to 60% compared to their price before the Promotion Date;
b. using the Promotion does not require the use of a code. Products SHOES MOONIE’S range (children's footwear: https://www.lamillou.com/en/outdoor-shoes-moonie-s) offered by the Organizer will be automatically discounted during the Promotion Period.
4. As part of the Promotion for Participants who are Club Members:
Club members, regardless of the terms of the Promotion specified in point III section 3 above these Promotion Regulations are entitled to an additional discount of 5% of the Order value. An additional 5% discount will be applied:
                                                    i.     in the case of sales via the Online Store - automatically after the Participant logs in to the Account available on the Website and adds Products to the cart;

5. The promotion is combined with other promotions, discounts, rebates, reductions, promotional campaigns, special price or product offers that are valid in the Online Store and the Stationary Store, unless the terms of such promotion, discount, rebate, discount, promotional campaigns or special offer pricing or product terms provide otherwise.
6. The Subject of the Promotion cannot be withdrawn in cash or exchanged for any other means of payment and is non-transferable.
 

IV. Complaints

1. Promotion Participants may submit any complaints regarding the Promotion in particular by e-mail to the e-mail addres bok@lamillou.com or to the following address: or to the Organizer's address indicated in the content of the Order (hereinafter referred to as the Complaint) no later than 30 days from the end of the Promotion Duration.
2. The complaint should include the name and surname, exact address of the person filing the complaint, date and place of the event to which the claim relates, as well as a detailed description and reason for the complaint and the content of the request.
3. The Organizer responds to the Complaint immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of its submission.
4. Complaints are considered by the Organizer, applying in particular the provisions of these Promotion Regulations.


V. Final provisions

1. The Regulations are available at the Organizer's office, in the Online Store and in the Online Store.
2. Participants' personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable regulations. Detailed information on personal data processed by the Organizer, in particular on the purposes of processing and the rights of data subjects, is set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Website https://www.lamillou.com/en/privacy-policy 
3. To the extent not regulated in these Promotion Regulations, the provisions of the Online Store Regulations shall apply accordingly.
