PROMOTION RULES
Terms & Conditions – Black Week Members Only 2025
I. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Terms”) define the rules, conditions of participation, and rights of persons taking part in the Black Week Members Only 2025 promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”), as well as the obligations of the Organizer.
- The Organizer of the Promotion is Smartino sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, Poland (address: Iwonicka 46, 02-924 Warsaw, Poland), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000383843, NIP 5213597935, with a share capital of PLN 50,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
- The Promotion is open to individuals who meet the conditions specified in these Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”).
- The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings:
a. Member – a person of legal age having full legal capacity, registered as a user of the Online Store and a member of the La Millou Family Club, in accordance with the rules defined in the “La Millou Family Program Terms & Conditions”;
b. Account – the user’s account in the Online Store;
c. La Millou Family Club – the loyalty program run by La Millou;
d. Products – all products available for sale in the Online Store;
e. La Millou Family Program Terms & Conditions – available at https://www.lamillou.com/en/lm-family-terms-conditions;
f. Online Store Terms & Conditions – available at https://www.lamillou.com/en/terms-and-conditions;
g. Privacy Policy – available at https://www.lamillou.com/en/privacy-policy;
h. Online Store – the Organizer’s online shop available at https://www.lamillou.com/en;
i. Order – a declaration of intent by a Participant leading directly to the conclusion of a sales contract for Products with the Organizer.
II. Promotion Duration and Scope
- The Promotion is conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland and applies to purchases made through the Online Store only.
- The Promotion runs from 3 November 2025 (00:00) until 11 November 2025 (23:59) (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
- The Promotion is available exclusively to members of the La Millou Family Club.
III. Promotion Subject and Participation Rules
- Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
- To participate in the Promotion, a Member must:
a. read and accept these Terms;
b. log into their Account in the Online Store;
c. add Products to the shopping cart and complete payment. - All La Millou Products available in the Online Store are discounted by up to –60% off their regular price valid prior to the start of the Promotion.
- Additionally, Members receive a permanent club discount of –5%, which combines with the promotional discount.
- Discount calculation:
a. first, the club discount (–5%) is applied;
b. then, the Black Week Members Only discount is applied to the already reduced price. - The Promotion is applied automatically – no discount code is required.
- The Promotion combines only with the permanent club discount and does not combine with any other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.
- Products purchased under the Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.
- Joining the La Millou Family Club during the Promotion Period entitles the customer to immediately benefit from the Promotion, after fulfilling the membership conditions specified in the “La Millou Family Program Terms & Conditions.” Registration is free and can be completed through the Online Store by following the instructions at https://www.lamillou.com/en/club-la-millou-family.
IV. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted electronically to bok@lamillou.com or in writing to the Organizer’s address, no later than 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
- The complaint should include: full name, address, date and place of the event, a description of the issue, and the claimant’s request.
- The Organizer shall respond to the complaint promptly, no later than 14 days after receipt.
V. Final Provisions
- These Terms & Conditions are available at the Organizer’s registered office and on the Online Store website.
- Participants’ personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law. Detailed information on data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy.
- In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Online Store Terms & Conditions shall apply.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, provided that such changes do not infringe the rights acquired by Participants.
