PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-30% on Dolce Vita and Dolce Vita Pure Backpacks

 

I. [General Provisions]

  1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Terms) define the rules of participation, entitlements of individuals taking part in the Promotion, and the obligations of the Organizer.
  2. The Organizer of the Promotion is Smartino sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (postal code: 02-993), at 78 Syta Street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000383843, NIP 5213597935, with share capital of PLN 50,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  3. All customers may participate in the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as Participants).
  4. The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall be understood as:
  • Member: an adult natural person with full legal capacity, registered as a user of the Online Store and additionally registered in the LM Family loyalty program in accordance with the LM Family Program Terms and Conditions;
  • Account: a user account in the Online Store;
  • LM Family: the La Millou Family loyalty program;
  • Products: all products from the Dolce Vita and Dolce Vita Pure Backpacks collection available in the Online Store;
  • LM Family Program Terms and Conditions: available at https://www.lamillou.com/pl/lm-family-regulamin;
  • Online Store Terms and Conditions: available at https://www.lamillou.com/pl/regulamin;
  • Online Store: the online store operated by the Organizer at www.lamillou.com;
  • Order: a declaration of will by the Participant aimed directly at concluding a sales agreement with the Organizer for the Product.

 

II [Promotion Period]

  1. The Promotion includes Products offered via the Online Store from the Dolce Vita and Dolce Vita Pure Backpacks collection.
  2. The Promotion is valid from April 25, 2025 to May 2, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period).

 

III [Subject of the Promotion and Conditions of Participation]

  1. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge (i.e., purchasing Products within the Promotion does not entail any additional costs for the Participant apart from the payment of the Product price and selected delivery costs).
  2. To participate in the Promotion during the Promotion Period, the Participant must: 
  • Visit the website and log in to their LM Family member account or join the LM Family club.
  • Members, regardless of other terms of the Promotion specified in section III.3 of these Promotion Terms, are entitled to an additional 5% discount on the Order value. The additional 5% discount will be applied automatically:
  • In case of purchases via the Online Store – after logging into the Participant’s Account and adding Products to the cart.
  • For LM Family Members:
  • Products from the Dolce Vita and Dolce Vita Pure Backpack collection offered by the Organizer will be discounted by -34% during the Promotion Period in relation to their regular price before the Promotion;
  • To benefit from the Promotion, the following code must be used: MOMPACK30. Products will be automatically discounted during the Promotion Period in the Online Store.
  1. The Promotion may be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, reductions, campaigns, special pricing or product offers valid in the Online Store, unless stated otherwise in the terms of those offers.
  2. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other payment method and is non-transferable.

 

IV [Complaints]

  1. All complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by Participants via email to bok@lamillou.com or by post to the Organizer’s address provided in the Order, no later than 30 days from the end of the Promotion Period.
  2. The complaint should include the full name, address of the complainant, date and place of the event the complaint relates to, a detailed description of the complaint and the desired outcome.
  3. The Organizer shall respond to the complaint promptly, no later than within 14 days from the date of its submission.
  4. Complaints shall be considered by the Organizer in accordance with these Promotion Terms.

 

V [Final Provisions]

  1. These Terms and Conditions are available on the Organizer’s website. Personal data of the Participants are processed in accordance with applicable laws. Details on data processing, including purposes and rights of data subjects, are described in the Privacy Policy available at https://www.lamillou.com/pl/polityka-prywatnosci.
  2. In matters not regulated by these Promotion Terms, the provisions of the Online Store Terms and Conditions shall apply.
