Can I return the product?
According to the store's regulations, you can return the product without giving a reason after completing the return form within 30 days from the date of purchase. More information in the Returns and Exchanges tab.
What should I do if the payment failed?
If, due to an error, your payment failed, you can pay for the order again within 30 minutes in your customer account. Log in to your account. Go to the tab: Orders. Search for your order. Check if the order status is: unpaid. If so - click the button: Pay and try to make the payment again.
How can I pay?
For your convenience we accept payments by PayPal or Stripe Payments. It’s entirely up to you whichever service you choose. Within Stripe you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Why is the discount code not working?
Discount codes are one-off, time-limited and apply only to non-discounted products and cannot be combined with other promotions. If you think the code didn't work for some other reason, please contact our Customer Service Team by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
When placing an order, a product disappeared from my cart or became unavailable, what should I do?
The product you ordered has most likely been sold out. Adding a product to the basket is not equivalent to its reservation, except for selected promotional periods, during which we activate the option of booking products for a certain number of minutes, which is visible as a watch counting down the time until the end of the reservation.
Can I exchange a purchased product?
We are very sorry, unfortunately we do not provide a product exchange service. If a given product does not meet your expectations, you can return it without giving any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
In accordance with our regulations, we make refunds immediately after receiving products back in our warehouse, but not later than within 14 days from the date of providing information about submitting the refund order. Such an instruction, e.g. in the case of returning a product, is given as soon as we receive confirmation that we have received the returned product and that it is in a resaleable condition.
How long do I have to wait for the ordered product?
The products ordered by you are prepared for shipment within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends, public holidays and promotional periods, during which the order processing period may be extended to 72 hours.
You need to add 2-5 business days for courier delivery depending on your delivery address.
What does the information ‘out of stock’ mean?
This means that we currently do not have this product in stock, but we expect it to arrive soon. If you are interested in this product, you can add it to your Wishlist and we will notify you when it is available.
How can I check the status of my order?
After payment, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. If you are a logged in user, the order status is also visible in your customer account in the tab: Orders. After the products have been dispatched, you will receive a notification to your e-mail address with a link to track the courier shipment. The order status will also be visible in your customer account.
Can I cancel my order?
It is not possible to cancel or modify an order placed with the obligation to pay.
