Returns
The return can be made within 30 days from the purchase. If you want to return any ordered products, please let us know by sending us a filled out return form.
If you are a registered user and have an account in our shop, then the return form is available in the Account/Orders page.
If you don't have a account and don't do the purchase as a Guest, then you must print the return form available here, and then attach the receipt and send the product to the following address:

We do not exchange products, however, you can return the ordered product and re-order another product.
